Reading these terms

By accessing or using Zet at zetcasino.co.cz, you agree to these terms in full. This site is an independent information and marketing portal – we review and write about online gaming platforms, but we are not the operator behind any brand we cover. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use this site.

Definitions

"We", "us", "our" refers to the editorial team operating zetcasino.co.cz. "You", "your" refers to the visitor or user of this site. "The operator" or "the brand" refers to any gaming platform we review, such as Zet. "Content" means all text, images, data, graphics, links and other material published on this site.

The relationship between you, us and the operator

This portal provides information about Zet and other gaming platforms. We are not affiliated with, owned by, or controlled by the operators we review. Zet runs its own platform under its own terms – we simply analyse and report on it. When you click through to an operator's site, you enter into a separate relationship with that operator, governed by their own terms and conditions. We have no access to your account with Zet, cannot process deposits or withdrawals on your behalf, and hold no responsibility for the operator's conduct.

What we expect of you

You must be 18 years of age or over (18+) to use this site. By accessing zetcasino.co.cz, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to interfere with its operation, and not to misrepresent yourself or your eligibility. You may not scrape, copy or redistribute our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Content ownership and intellectual property

All content published on zetcasino.co.cz – including articles, reviews, tables, graphics and layout – is our intellectual property or used under licence. The Zet name and logo belong to the operator; we use them here for descriptive and informational purposes only. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Republishing, redistributing or repurposing our content without permission is prohibited.

Limits of our responsibility

We aim for accuracy, but we cannot guarantee that every detail about Zet or any other platform is complete, current or error-free at all times. Operators change their terms, bonuses and features regularly – what was true when we published a review may shift later. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the information here, for losses incurred through use of an operator's services, or for technical issues affecting this site's availability. Our maximum liability to you, for any reason, is limited to £100.

This portal links to external organisations – regulators, responsible gambling charities, the operators themselves. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms or practices. Following a link to Zet or any support organisation is your own decision.

Data protection

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. In brief: we collect minimal technical data (IP address, browser type) for analytics and security. If you contact us via email, we store your message to respond. We do not sell your data, and you have rights under UK GDPR to access, correct or delete what we hold. The operator collects its own data once you register with them – that relationship is separate from ours.

Minimum age and access restrictions

Access to this site is restricted to individuals aged 18 and over. If you share a device with a minor, consider using parental control software such as Net Nanny or Qustodio. Gambling should never involve anyone under 18.

Service availability

We aim to keep zetcasino.co.cz online and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical issues or force majeure may take the site offline temporarily. We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw the service at any time without notice.

Responsible gambling

This site provides information about gaming platforms, but gambling is not without risk. We encourage you to set limits, recognise warning signs and seek help if gambling stops being entertainment. Free, confidential support in the UK is available through GamCare (gamcare.org.uk, National Gambling Helpline 0808 8020 133), BeGambleAware (begambleaware.org), and GamStop (gamstop.co.uk) for national self-exclusion. Blocking software like Gamban (gamban.com) and BetBlocker (betblocker.org) can help control access. Gambling should be entertainment, not an obligation.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, our practices or the services we provide. When we make significant changes, we will update the date below. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Check back periodically to stay informed.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of this site fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This choice of law applies to our portal itself – Zet operates under its own separate jurisdiction, which may differ.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that part is removed and the rest remains in full effect.

Contact details

Questions about these terms, or anything else concerning zetcasino.co.cz, should be sent to [email protected]. We aim to respond within 48 hours. For questions about your account with Zet – registration, deposits, bonuses, withdrawals – you will need to contact the operator's own support team directly via the channels listed on their platform.
