Zet payments: how long your money takes and what affects it

Zet and your money – what shapes the wait

Zet processes withdrawal requests through a dedicated financial department that works Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 5 PM GMT. Any request submitted outside those hours – over a weekend or on a bank holiday – sits in the queue until the next working slot. Once picked up, the department states it will process a request within 3 business days of it being made, and a further 3 business days after the previous withdrawal was paid out.

Two separate 3-day windows can therefore stack. A request raised the moment a previous one clears could take up to six business days in total before the money leaves the operator's side. On top of that, your bank or e-wallet will apply its own settlement time.

You can hold a maximum of 3 pending withdrawals at any one time. There is no weekend processing, so timing your request for early in the working week gives it the best chance of moving quickly.

Fees, limits, and the charges worth knowing about

Withdrawal limits at Zet are tied to your VIP tier, not to the method you use. The table below shows the daily and monthly ceilings at each level.

VIP level Daily limit (EUR) Monthly limit (EUR)
Alpha5007,000
Beta50010,000
Gamma80012,000
Delta1,00015,000
Zeta1,50020,000

Before requesting a payout, your deposited funds must have been wagered at least once. If that x1 rollover hasn't been met, the operator may apply a 10% commission (minimum 0.50 EUR) on the withdrawal amount, rising to 15% if the account was funded by bank card or bank transfer. Separately, the operator may decline a withdrawal if you have not wagered at least 20 EUR in the calendar month the request is made.

If an account sits inactive for 180 consecutive days, a monthly administration fee of 5 EUR is deducted until the balance reaches zero. Worth noting if you step away from the platform for an extended period.

Proving who you are before your first payout

Identity checks are a standard part of any licensed operator's payout process. Zet asks for a valid, unexpired identity document, proof of residence dated within the last 3–6 months, proof that you own the payment method on file, and up to 3 months of transaction history from that method.

Documents can be rejected if they are blurry, edited, expired, incomplete, or submitted as a screenshot. Once you submit a complete set, Zet states it will usually complete verification within 10 days. Deposits and withdrawals may be restricted while the process is ongoing, so uploading documents early is worthwhile.

Payment methods at Zet

Zet accepts VISA, MasterCard, Skrill, Neteller, and Paysafe Card for funding an account. Paysafe Card is a prepaid voucher and works as a deposit rail only – payouts cannot be returned to it. The operator supports 24 currencies, with EUR as the primary option.

One thing to keep in mind if you are claiming the welcome offer: deposits made with Skrill or Neteller do not qualify for that promotion. For everything else, both e-wallets work normally.

How to fund your account

  1. Log in and open the cashier or deposit section.
  2. Select your preferred payment method from the options listed.
  3. Enter the amount and confirm the transaction.
  4. Funds typically clear quickly for card and e-wallet deposits, though your provider's own processing time applies.

Requesting a withdrawal from Zet

  1. Go to the cashier and choose the withdrawal option.
  2. Select your payout method and enter the amount.
  3. If this is your first withdrawal, be prepared to complete identity verification before the request is approved.
  4. The financial department will pick up the request during its working hours (Mon–Fri, 6 AM–5 PM GMT) and process it within its stated 3-business-day window.
  5. If a payout is overdue, contact Zet's support team with the transaction date, amount, and method – they are the only party who can investigate directly.

Responsible gambling

Managing your spending is part of gambling responsibly. Setting a clear budget before you deposit is one of the simplest ways to keep sessions enjoyable rather than stressful. If you feel gambling is becoming a problem, free support is available 24 hours a day.

You must be 18+ to hold an account. Gambling is entertainment, not a way to generate income. If you share a device with someone under 18, parental-control tools such as Net Nanny can help restrict access.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a withdrawal from Zet actually take?

The financial department processes requests within 3 business days of submission, and a further 3 business days after the previous withdrawal was paid out. Processing only happens Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, so weekend requests wait until the next working day. Bank and e-wallet settlement adds time on top of that.

What happens if I try to withdraw before wagering my deposit once?

If your deposited funds haven't been wagered at least once, the operator may deduct a 10% commission (minimum 0.50 EUR) from the withdrawal amount. That rises to 15% if you funded the account by bank card or bank transfer.

Are there monthly limits on how much I can withdraw from Zet?

Yes — monthly withdrawal limits depend on your VIP tier, ranging from 7,000 EUR per month at the entry level (Alpha) up to 20,000 EUR per month at the top tier (Zeta). Daily limits follow the same structure, from 500 EUR to 1,500 EUR.

Why might a withdrawal be declined even if everything seems in order?

One common reason is not meeting the 20 EUR monthly wagering threshold in the calendar month you make the request — the operator reserves the right to decline the payout if that minimum hasn't been reached. Incomplete identity verification can also hold up a withdrawal until documents are accepted.
